Cancellations
We require a minimum of a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to accommodate those on the cancellation list.
Missed Appointments
If a client fails to cancel an appointment and no shows, they are required to pay 100% of the total of the new appointment prior to booking.
Late Arrivals
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if I can’t be completed in the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
